The two previous owners have always done a great job at a fair price. However, since the new owner has taken over things have definitely changed for the worse. My last two visits proved disastrous. I had an oil change done and a used front bumper installed on the front of my car. When i got it back , two of the running lights weren't working , the skid plate fell off under the engine ($556.00 to replace) and then the grill fell out ($230.00). The shop owner fixed the lights , installed the grill and tries to bill me an additional $480.00 after discounting the grill, from the invoice. However I got no restitution for the skid plate Obviously I will never go back to the Autohouse of Switzerland, again. Fortunately, there many other reputable and competent mechanics in Houston.

The inspection was very detailed with pictures to assure you that the issues they report to you are precise and clear. The pictures are very detailed. And even though I bought my Malibu knowing the defects associated with that generation I'm still happy with it. The new brake booster makes stopping MUCH better. I dont have to worry about the car stalling when I press on the brakes. And the front left CV axel was actually torn and I didnt even realize it.
